The Shaler North Hills Library has an opening for a part-time Youth Services Associate. Approx., 20-25 hours per week. Starting rate $12 per hour. Do you have a passion for working with tweens and teens and ALL ages? We can’t wait to meet you!
The staff at SNHL is busy, positive, community-driven and creative. We love reading, but there is no time because we love helping people EVEN MORE! The digital age is exciting, and we enjoy learning new things!
The successful candidate will have a college degree and experience working directly with the public. Experience mentoring or working with tweens and teens preferred.
Duties include working with the Teen Advisory Board, creating fun programs/initiatives for students in 4th-6th grades and students in 7th-12th grades and helping people of all ages find what they want and need!
